THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million instances, and it still breaks down. The quality is shoddy, and the design are stupid. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd acquired something functional instead. Save
